Welcome to People in dream Studio

Thanks visited in this blog.

Today, I’d like to introduce a card game that I made using the Cocos2D engine. It was my first game using the engine.

The title of the game is “Summoners.”
In this strategy board game, you combine cards with special abilities in order to defeat the other player.

It was made specifically for the iPad. To download it, click on the link below.

The game features the following:
1. You get to engage in battles by not simply using cards, but by actually summoning creatures from the cards. The deck can be in whatever combination you want, so that battles can be engaged using new strategies each and every time.

2. You can choose a character, and if you use a card specialized to that character, you can use the card’s special ability.

3. Using the “Enchant” card you can increase the ability of your card or lower the ability of your opponent’s card.

4. The game supports 1:1 battle (Practice Mode) with the computer as well and 1:1 battle (Dual Mode) with another user via Bluetooth.
(I’m currently working on supporting battles via a game center and on a leaderboard on which you can check your ranking, both of which are planned for the next update.)

5. If you win in Dual Mode you can take any card of your opponent from their deck.

6. You can strengthen your deck by visiting a card shop and purchasing new cards which are issued on a regular basis.

The latest version is 1.1, supporting English and Korean. Additional language support is planned for the future for languages whose countries have high sales volume.

Also, an iPhone version is planned for January release for iPhone users.

Development efforts will focus on a single game (namely Summoners), updating it regularly, rather than be spread out on making multiple games. If you have any feedback as to the things you’d like improved or see in the game, please leave comments. Updates will be based on your feedback.

I hope you will introduce the game to your friends so that you can all enjoy it together.

And I’d like to express my thanks to all those who purchased the game despite its flaws.

Thank you.
